I want to maintain a first aid kit with emergency medicines for small problems for my golden retriever of 4 months age, female. Please help me with choosing which medicine for which purposes

Hi Shreya. You can maintain one with a thermometer, gloves, scissors, gauze, tape, Betadine solution and ointment to clean the wound. Syrup Himpyrin for fever, Syrup emikind pet for vomiting, tab Cetrizine in case of hypersensitivity reaction due to any insect bite and an ice pack in the fridge in case if swelling after a fall. But the dosages of the above said medicines except Himpyrin will vary as per body weight which is always decided by a vet.
