I usually give pieces of liver or rolled up pedigree wet pieces prior to giving tabs. Then I wrap it inside these again without them noticing. They usually feel it before gulping it down, that's when they spit it out.

Hello. You can watch some YouTube videos to have an idea of feeding medicines to pet. Mixing a crushed tablet with honey and feeding would be helpful as well.
