It looks like Pyoderma, basically a bacterial infection. You can use Staphban ointment, 3 times a day for 7 days. If not decreased, I would suggest you to book a consultation with a veterinarian to discuss in detail about this.

How do people manage to give pills. My dog is very smart. Does not allow me to give it through a syringe. And even if I give it wrapped in a treat she comes to know. She is very smart and picky
