Hi I am observing this issue with my pug since last 2-3 months Local vet did the xray as well and as per the kuddle doctor he is fine but still I am not able to figure out why he is doing this, any help please

This is a phenomenon called reverse sneezing which is medically called paroxymal respiration. It's is common in these type of breeds and it is generally harmless. Dogs show this phenomenon when some irritant has gone into the nasal tract,sinuses or they have swallowed too much air. It is nothing concerning unless it is happening because of nasal mites for which physical check up is necessary. Otherwise it is harmless and commonly it will come and go

Yes it looks like that. But still ifit concerns you. You can get a throat xray done to see any presence of foreign body
