Are pet friendly cakes or sweets really pet friendly?

If they have been properly formulated with individual ingredients which are safe for consumption by pets they can be considered petsafe , but many may not be specifically healthy in the sense that they are to be consumed as treats and not as a source of nutrition. Also based on individual pet food intolerance and medical histories , a universal declaration of healthy cannot be made .
