Since posting about an air cooler for my pup, I just ordered a kiddie pool for her, which is 4 feet by 4 feet by 1 foot. Will be enough for her to get her legs wet and if she sits at-least upto her chest. Want to use it on hot afternoons. Is any one using kiddie pools for their pets?

If you are in Bangalore, and since you have a golden retriever, it should be fine. You can maybe just put ice block for him to play

I am in Hyderabad, last April we had a heat wave, 3pm temps were 43, and even at 10pm temps were 26-27. So figured on such days/weeks to let her use the pool at the hottest time, maybe will help her cool down a bit. And yes ice block is a good idea, will plan.
