My pup vomited once yesterday - foamy, and passed loose stool. We gave her buttermilk for dinner instead of kibble. This morning though she didn't vomit, she had 2 motions, semi solid. She's eating buttermilk/rice and drinking water fine and normally active. Do we take her to the vet right away, or watch for 1 more day? Thanks
