He had got this red thing from yesterday and from some days he was getting eye boggers what this indicates

Hi Spoorthi. Need not to worry if there’s no continuous eye discharge or if he isn’t scratching. Use dog eye wipes or a tissue dipped in clean water to remove dirt.
