We adopted a spitz and he is deaf. He has a lot of aggression on being touch on face or otherwise and snaps at random things but he's super nervous at the same time. Any tips on how to handle him better?

Hi Mam..This looks like a minor pigmentary change in the lower eyelid and is usually isn't a concern. If you notice the area becoming red, rubbing of the eyes.. you can schedule an appointment with vet for home visit.
