A rescuer has rescued 9 puppies alone and keeping them at home . She has 2 other dogs she cannot keep them any longer decided to leave them back . 2 are at foster home . My pet's grooming was completed two days ago. Since then, he has been licking his private area. I've thoroughly examined his body, and there are no signs of ticks or fleas.
