Just like us humans, shedding in dogs can also be normal, but you need to look out for symptoms of abnormal shedding. If you find any lesions, rashes, excessive scratching, bald patches, brittle fur, you should consult with a vet to find out the reason behind the abnormal shedding and provide required treatment as prescribed. Hello, my 16 month old golden retriever seems to have developed a lump on the side just below his ribs. This is the first time I'm noticing it so it must have developed over the last couple days or so. It seems to be beneath the skin (nothing visible over the skin) and movable while examining. Hi all , My cat unable to drink water, she can't lick anything not eating food since from yesterday.
