Pups at this age are give soft food soaked in water, because they get enough water from food itself they usually don't feel thirsty and drink water. If you want to make your pup drink more water you can try diluting curd and give, or give coconut water. You can also add some extra water to the food itself.

Hello! I recently picked up my pet from home boarding on Monday. He's had loose motions since Tuesday. This happens every time I drop him for boarding and when I take him back. I'm giving him gutwell powder with both his meals since Wednesday (missed with one meal). It seems to be improving very slowly, he's still passing loose stool. What else can I do?
