My shih tzu have such marks in 3-4 places.. can I know why this cause and what’s the solution???

Fungal infection is transmitted either through a direct contact from an infected dog or from the environment. Bacterial infection is caused because of direct contact or a secondary bacterial growth upon continuous licking/biting/scratching.
