My 7 month shih Tzu has vomited twice in morning in past 4 days. We are giving Rantac before food and Metrogyl after food twice a day 1 ml each. This morning we again saw white foamy vomit in his bed and gave the rantac. Afterwards he is not eating anything but drinking water. His stool is normal and so are his activities. We tried giving pumpkin, curd and his treat biscuits but he just puts in his mouth and then out. Should we be worried?

Hi Dr In morning i have only given Rantac 1 ml. Should I give Metrogyl 1 ml too? He just ate 3 of his treats biscuit but is active otherwise.

If he is having loose motion then give metrogyl otherwise not needed

His stool is perfectly normal in color and consistency and quantity. And his vomiting was only in morning. Rest of the day he is normal and playing around.

Ok then it's occuring because of the increased interval of the food

I have 1.5 month old indie, but he is constantly losing his hair from few days and his skin is also visible now. Also, he keeps on scratching there all the time, not sure if it's dandruff or some skin problem/allergy. Kindly help.
