Hi Amrutha. It becomes a point of concern if he is licking or scratching those lesions. It can be a fungal infection and treatment would be required accordingly.

Need not worry

A 3 weeks old cute little kitten abandoned on road crying for her mother, got rescued by us for early days. He is checked up by Doctor, dewormed and medicine is given for stomach infection.
