I can see this is on my dog skin. . Most of them are dry now (brown in color) except this, it's red also. Whats this? Pls suggest next steps It's on his back mostly and dry except attached

My shitzu puppy has a small ball like bump underneath the skin on the back.. is it something we need to be concerned of or is it normal.

Hi Amrutha. Yes, that should be supervised to check if it increases in size. A bump could be an abscess/granuloma/cyst/any benign tumour. It has to be confirmed only through clinical examination and FNAC.
