Normal range of temperature is between 100-102 If it's more than that then the pet is suffering from fever

Hi doctor my pet was dewormed 2 days earlier by my brother. His body weight is 8.5kg but my brother have him 12ml of deworming syrup by mistake. Since then he's not eating anything. There's no fever, vomitings, motions and he's active as well. Is this normal? Can you please suggest as he's not eating anything except treats.
