Simba(Male cat-6 months) got neutered yesterday, had put the ecollar for 32 hours, today after removing again he is licking the surgical spot,Is this fine or Should I put the ecollar again? Also We see the greyish medicine is visible near the surgical spot. how to remove that stain?

Hi. You have to use E collar compulsorily for at least next 4 days. If the pet gets irritated, remove collar for 1 hour after 4-6 hours of usage but do supervise him while the collar is removed. Clean the wound with Povidone iodine solution and apply the ointment prescribed by the doctor.
