Can someone confirm if this is a Tick or not? I have found this inside the house but not on Maya as of now. Want to confirm if it’s a common insect or a tick

It's normal insect that comes during rain when lights are on... my 4 month GSD girl loves catching and eying them .. I keep the dogs close in the evening to avoid this
