He is mimicking the natural instinct to hide the food he doesn't wish to eat at the moment but intending to keep it hidden for a time when his hunger is more than his fussiness. Providing a species appropriate diet while also being strict can help reduce choosy/selective behavior .

Primarily sound slike selective appetite which is common among this breed . Anyway get a vet checkup done to ensure there is no other health concern causing this change

Also you need to ensure this breed remains active and recieve sufficient excercise to maintain a healthy appetite

i have a cat nd my cat because of all the crackles due to Diwali is getting very scared .. she is an adult cat .. she is not coming frm under a small place whereas my other cats even the kittens are okay with it ..i have tried being with her for the past hour nd nothing makes her come out frm that place ..i feel scared if she is sick .. or its actually due to crackles
