He is having Complivit 1ml twice a day,

Ok. It looks like calcium deficiency. You can continue giving that syrup but also include this medicine. Calcirol sachet( once a week for a month). Provide balanced nutritional diet as well.

He is having N&d puppy starter as recommended by vet. He is around 5.5kg 63 days old. Will include the calcirol
