Why my Persian cat poops 3 or 4 places inside home? Any suggestions how to stop it??

He is 70 days old.And he started doing this from last 7/8 days. Please suggest

Have you changed any arrangements at home in past 7/8 days or has anyone visited recently. As cats are very sensitive and slight change in the environment can sometimes cause these behaviour. Any changes in eating or any signs of straining while peeing?

People have visited often. But arrangements for pet are same since day 1.
