• 1st dose- 45 days of age- DHPPi+L
• 2nd dose- 21 days after 1st dose- DHPPi+L
• 3rd dose- 21 days after 2nd dose- DHPPi+L+R
• 4th dose- 21 days after 3rd dose- R Repeat this once a year
