My kitten is anemic and has excessive hairfall his treatment is on but I just saw these red spots on his skin and tail etc what exactly is this?

No it's not a contagious disease as it is spread through a tick vector.

It can spread from one pet to another if the tick which did bite the affected one then if it bites the healthy pet it can be transferred
