My 10months old Labrador is having kind of leakage like urine (not sure whether it is urine only..it is like water) while lying..he is not neutered..he is peeing apart from this normally..what might be the cause of this

Hi doctor, My dog Jerry is a scared puppy (4months old). It’s been 1 month we have bought him but till now he is resisting himself and not playful with others. 9 months old maltipoo having this patch on his lumbar region. lately he's been biting this particular area and lays on his back and scratches against the carpet. no ticks on his skin for now. visiting vet gave him neomec injection and recommended to apply curabless ointment. bit worried for my pet. hope we are on the right treatment.
