Hi, not being offensive to anything My dog is 4 years old, Lhasa Apso(male). He has not been breeded. What should I go for, spaying or looking for a partner? If mating, can anyone suggest legal way of getting him breeded? Like any centers or any licensed personnel? If spaying, any recommendations for good hospital in bangalore? Or if i can connect through kuddle?

Getting neutered is the best possible option for a adult dog or cat, it exempts them from unnecessary hormone change,mood fluctuations, agression,sexually transmitted tumors,and other diseases. Consult an experienced vet and he/she will guide you through the whole process of neutering.

Please do not even fall in the trap of getting him breeded. The tendency to mate always come back. How many times will you keep up with that.
Also, using him to make puppies and to be sold as commodities will only support the unethical practices of breeding industry.

I have stopped taking my pup for walks outside after her companion passed away 1.5 months ago due to babesios, and I also heard our neighbours dog also passed away, lot of strays outside so likely some carriers. Bravecto given, and up-to-date on all vaccines. Is it safe to take her for walks?
