Hi my pug is having cough , doctor gave asbrip syrup and asked to give 2ml twice a day, just after the first dose he is feeling very lazy and sleepy and not eating properly? Is this normal with this syrup?

Hi, there's a (friendly) stray dog in my area whom we regularly feed. We saw that he has some skin issues and did an online vet consultation on the Kuddle app. The vet suggested bathing him. The stray does not like water. Does the community have any tips on how to bathe a stray? I was suggested muzzling him to avoid him biting me. I also wanted to know if there is any specific process I should follow to make him used to muzzles. Looking forward to your responses! Thanks!
