Hi My cat is having a wound. Initially it was a swell. Now blood and little amount of puss starts coming from it and the size of swell has reduced. My cat used to lick it all the time. Is it good or harmful?.How should I make sure that the wound is healed. Is there any medicine required? Kindly reply.

I know that golden retrievers are bred in India with a tolerance for heat, unlike the original which stays only in cold climates. However, can I assume that my golden retriever puppy has a higher cold tolerance? I see that he loves to sleep in the floor but sometimes I also see him sleeping like this, trying to be all tucked in. Should I get him a bed? Could he be feeling cold? The reason I haven’t bought one for him is because he chews on everything, including metal. If I gave him something with a mattress, I’m positive he might end up pulling out the cotton etc in a couple of days. I know there are some anti-chew beds on the market, but my question here is that whether I should look for something that keeps him warm or cool…
