My cat is super weak...if I'm touching him belly he's howling and yelling and he's really lethargic....not able to walk with energy....he actually ran out yesterday and came back today morning so he is covered with dirt and he's not letting me pick him up.... he's not eating at all...he just had a little bit of a squeeze treat.... what can be done
