Good morning. Knowing the cause for ascitis is very important before proceeding with the treatment. The multiple reasons for ascitis are Helminthiasis/nutrional deficiency/cardiac issues/liver issues etc. Blood tests and ultrasound scans with clinical examination would help in proper diagnosis and treatment.
