my dog has been facing this skin issues for so long and no medicine is working as a permanent cure.. what to do? 😞

My dog ( danny 6 yrs old male) has had an ear infection, and the vet advised to give an antibiotic tablet along with a pain killer and ear drops. But he has any changes even after the course of treatment. Today I noticed 2 small worm at his bed, but I'm not sure that if it comes from his ears. I'm attaching a photo of his ear's current condition. If anyone know what is Going please help

Hi Aishwarya. Antibiotics prescribed don’t work when the bacteria causing infection has developed resistance to it. It looks like an infection as per the picture attached which requires medications. It’s best to get ABST/culture and sensitivity test done to know which antibiotic works best.
