My dog has not eaten in 24 hours, has no appetite and is vomiting some white foamy stuff. He found a bone in our garden on Thursday and may have eaten a bit before I asked him to drop it. What could be the issue? He weighs 23 kgs.

Hello. It must a gastritis induced vomiting. You can give Tab Pendom DSR 40mg (1-0-1) for next 3 days. If doesn’t subside, it’s advisable to get him examined by booking a home consultation with a vet.
