My dog has puked twice but puke was whiteish, he didn't eat any thing apart from watermelon in the morning. What can be done in this case. We don't much knew about what he eat or what exactly happend to him.

Don’t feed him anything including water for 4 hours since the time of vomiting. Keep him under observation meanwhile.If he vomits again or has loose stools better to get him checked.
