My dog is suddenly pacing and drinking lots of water right now. He also got fever suddenly. He is eating less from the past 4-5 days and vomited yesterday and the day before which was more like little tinted yellow liquid. What is happening to him? I'm worried. Unable to contact vet. Please help

He became stable after 30 mins and slept all night like usual. Now he is normal.
But what might be the reason for that?
