My dog has undergone few blood tests and the doctor has prescribed a few medicines which I'm attaching below. His haemoglobin is very low and the infection that he had got from a recent dog bite has improved a lot but is not getting cured. What should I do?

My vet has suspected mycoplasma/babesia for my cat 😭 is it curable. He has been eating well after 3 days of doxy antibiotic But sleeps a lot and isn’t active like before But eating well just like before Temperature is normal too.
