My dog is vomitting since yesterday after the meal. And it's in yellow colour.. is this serious ? Should I take her to vet ? Is there any home remedies for this?

check her temperature once and have u see any other signs like diarrhoea and weakness of the pet
Give her the sucralfate syrup 3 ml before food and try to give her tender coconut water if she doesn't vomit after that give curd rice
If the vomit is there after drinking coconut water better to take her to vet
