My dog has a wound kind of thing bear his tail. When we touch it, he is in pain. Kindly help on how to deal with this.

ADOPTION APPEAL 🐾 Say hi to Theo! He’s a 1 year old Labrador. Very friendly and loving. I am putting him up for adoption since he needs a bigger home preferably with other dogs.
