My dog has patches of hair coming out and it seems like it's is itching as he licks the area .Can anyone pls suggest me what to do coz I unaware of any medication. I am not able to attach the picture coz it's not clear.

Me and my wife we are moving to switzerland by next month (just 2 days before we got this confirmation)so we cant take him now so we are looking for a good family to take care of our cute Gem (his name is cocoa and he is almost 7 months old) all 3 vaccination done and2 booster dose also done 2 create available (1 is travel crate he love to play inside this crate and the second one is bigger one)
