We observed some blood in our dog’s poop. She just had her 2nd round of vaccination yesterday. Other than that she is eating and sleeping fine. Any suggestions on how to handle?

Maya is our community dog (in Kudlu Gate) and is very friendly with humans but sadly is unable to survive outside as she is not part of a pack and gets attacked frequently. Looking for a forever home for her.
