My 2.5 old husky puppy is scratching his ear . Just checked and he has a tiny scratch and dryness at 1-2 spots . Help

Clean the ears with cleanser and put pomisol ear drops Is the skin also dry

Not really it’s just small dry dot I would say where he is scratching
