What will be issue if suddenly adult female if it urine come with blood

Hi Ravi. Did check if she is in heat by any chance ? The blood in urine is mainly seen when a pet has UTI/presence of stones in bladder/growth in bladder/trauma. But to rule out above said conditions, a complete urine analysis with cytology may be required. I would suggest you to get it done as early as possible.
