My 5 months old kitten fell from 3rd floor. She got treatment. Currently under medication. No bone injury. But her nerves near the tail area got clustered. Can she be recovered and walk again? Will physiotherapy work? Please, help.

Hi My dog recently got an injury and it looks like a hole in this skin as we could see the flesh inside. Now it has a lit white puss in it. Please let me know if someone knows about any medicines. Also what to give him to prevent further infection.
