Hi. It can be. But it needs a proper clinical examination to confirm. Kitten should be checked for pain by palpating the hind area with a a x ray. Anyhow the floor looks slippery as well. You can place her/him on a rough floor for few days nd observe.

She is walking fine on the rough floor, but the wLk is improving gradually on tiles….
