Hi! Maggie has developed a pimple like bump on the lower eye lid (right eye) last night. Also, the first bump was observed on the upper eye lid of the same eye a few days ago which hasn't completely resolved yet. This is the second one within a week. What could this be and how to treat it?

No she isn't scratching it. Is it some form of infection?

It could be just a pimple or due to dandruff. If it’s not spreading or growing in size, need not to worry. Apply Kiskin ointment and make sure it doesn’t come in contact with eye. Use Seledruff shampoo for bathing (If you are seeing lot of dandruff on her). If the concern increases, it’s advisable to get her checked thoroughly by booking a home consultation.

Sure. Also, I bathe her with conaseb shampoo once in a month as advised by a vet initially as she had a history of demodicosis. Is it advisable to continue using conaseb shampoo now?

You can stop using conaseb for now. Use Seledruff once in a month for 3 months (to get rid of dandruff). If pimple/redness increases, a clinical examination with skin scraping examination would be required.
