Yes licking the wound too often and it was same on the two legs but not high hairfall

Hi picking up trash while walk is behavioural issue only or could be any medical reason also ..my 18 month old beagle spayed ..she pulls barks at anyone who passes by specially kids and old age..pull suddenly hard if sees cat..is this anxiety or behaviour issues
