My 4 MO Persian kitten- Jasmine’s litter tray smells a lot of ammonia/uric acid from past 2 days. Her poop is normal. She is drinking adequate water. I noticed a little bit depletion in the amount of food she has consumed today. What can be done here?

Hi Sana. Not a point of concern if it’s not prolonged. In case of similar complaint in the future for long time, getting urine examination done is recommended. Meanwhile give plenty of water and fresh normal diet that she has been taking.

I have a female persian cat, she's 6 months old now. She just doesn't poop or pee in the litter box, and goes wherever she wants to. I'm tired and fed up of this behavior and have tried everything from changing the litter to putting drops in the litter, taking her to the litter box when she poops and also giving treats. Nothing works. Please help.
