Noticing my dog’s eyes watering recently since a few days. I observed that this only happens when he’s outside in the balcony just looking down at people and dogs, he loves it. Could it be because of the cold or wind?

Ok then u can put ciplox eye drops, some times bcz of irritation also watering will be there
