I have been observing past 4 days my dogs appetite has reduced suddenly. But he is active and we got a blood test done today. Everything seems normal. I tried changing food as well but he is not ready to eat more than few bites. What could be the reason?

Helppppp please Day before yesterday I observed my cat can't walk properly we thought she do have fracture in one leg because of this she can't walk but in morning I touched his that leg I saw there was hole like thing and I pop it the white pus came out now she is bit okay can any one tell me what is that😭🫂😿
