My persian 2 month kitten has completely lost his hair on tail ..I took him to vet too they said for such small kitten they can't give any medicine .Only to apply betadine was advised I see no effect applying that or growth of hairs .Have given him antifungal bath recently . Dewormed on time too.Any safe ointment or anything is there I can administer him or apply ..he is extremely active and playful kitten

It can be a fungal infection which requires oral medications. You can apply Ointment Kiskin but I suggest you to speak to any vet online on kuddle to discuss more on this.
