my dog has limping issue how to cure this problem and there is no vet showing in this app in my area . please look into it

Dr my pet is dripping saliva from his mouth It’s sticky Otherwise he had fever last week now he is fine Any medicine for stopping salivation ?

My dog is active but her stool is coming hard and dark in color.i give her regular home made food like boiled rice,veg,chicken and also curd rice...is there something to worry about.she also scratches her body a lot...I thought may be I use to give her pedigree so she was getting scratching but after stopping for a week also I see her scratching...not sure what's happening with her
